Curtis Whorton manages PursuitBasis. This notice distinguishes the public website from the review application and correspondence.
Public website
The marketing website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to serve and protect these pages. The website links to the application; it does not itself collect a request form or uploaded files. No marketing analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts are intentionally added.
Review application
The application is prepared for Render hosting in Ohio. It stores basic contact details, request receipts, account access, agreed scope, permitted source originals, review versions and service history in private persistent storage. Curtis and authorized reviewers use this information to provide the agreed service. The current application notice identifies whether only public/fictional inputs are permitted; this page does not grant permission for nonpublic processing.
Public intake accepts contact details and public opportunity information, not files. Account uploads require an explicit permitted-data declaration. Never submit classified information, CUI, export-controlled material, credentials, sensitive personnel records or other regulated information. Nonpublic company material requires approved processing arrangements and your authority before transfer.
Other providers
Email sent to reviews@pursuitbasis.com is handled through Google Workspace. Billing, when configured and authorized, uses Stripe for billing contact, agreed amount and payment status; source documents are not sent as invoice attachments. No nonpublic company evidence is sent to Codex or another model through the application. Visiting an external provider is also subject to that provider’s practices.
Retention and backups
Case records and frozen source versions are append-only. Selective deletion and an automatic erasure schedule are not implemented. Corrections create new records; older decisions remain. The proposed hosted setup retains three verified logical recovery points, with provider disk snapshots and an additional owner-controlled encrypted backup copy subject to an agreed custody arrangement. Provider backups and customer-downloaded copies have separate limitations. Do not assume that revoking access deletes retained records.
Identifiable customer materials are not published or used in marketing without separate written permission. Correspondence and transaction records are retained as needed for the engagement; no automatic email deletion schedule is claimed.
